Please note the following conditions of sale:

1. Tickets may only be used by the purchaser and may not be sold on.
2. Tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded. After all other tickets have been sold, every effort will be made to re-sell returned tickets. Re-sale, however, cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to a £5 charge. Refunds will be made after the festival.
3. Latecomers will not be admitted to the auditorium and there will be no readmission, unless there is a suitable pause.
4. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or change or cancel the advertised programme and artists.
5. Subject to availability, tickets will also be available on the door for all events except for James Barralet & Sophia Rahman (Mon 30th June), the Cabaret evening (July 1st) and the Last Night Picnic (July 5th). These events must be pre-booked.
6. Ticket prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. There is a £1 surcharge on credit and debit card payments (per transaction). Please note that we do not have facilities for dealing with American Express.
